Bhakti's Personal Invitation

Greetings:

I want to personally welcome you to SistAyureveda Healing Arts. It is our pleasure to serve you. Welcome! It is our
mission to provide services that will illuminate, educate, celebrate and nurture our clients’ divine purpose and
spirit. At this time, I wanted to also speak to you briefly about the path that led me to found SistAyureveda in 2000.

Bhakti is my Hindi name that means "devotion" and is also associated with "compassion" and "unconditional love".
I chose this name after my daughter was born because I believe in the power of voice vibration and intention. My
daughter's name is Shakti and when I gave birth to her I felt I was also reborn. I wanted to exemplify the attributes
of Bhakti for the work I do with SistAyureveda. My given birth name is Tahembi Simmons and I also embrace this
name because of the significance of it (name numerology). SistAyurereveda Healing Arts is related to ancient art of
Ayurveda healing but is unique because our company was founded by a "Sista". It is a way to give homage to the
ancient art indirectly and reference it with a unique new twist, from the point of view of an African American
feminine consciousness. Our work is not limited to SistAyureveda Healings Arts and we are partners with a few
select companies that are founded by other men and women of various holistic arts, products and services
worldwide. They are our 'sista' sites and their services can be used also by referral. You will find links and banners
